Community gives churches the core platform without a monthly subscription: giving pages, widgets, live giving, one kiosk license, and early-access signage. No per-member fees. Processor fees stay separate and transparent, and givers can choose to cover them at checkout.
For church plants, volunteer-run churches, established parishes, and growing congregations.
For multi-campus & larger churches.

What the free plan includes
Community isn't a trial or a teaser. It's the platform a congregation actually runs on — including the in-person hardware licenses most platforms charge for first.
Add-ons and usage
One pre-funded wallet covers metered costs — SMS, email overages, AI generation calls, extra device licenses, and any other metered items — in your church's local wallet currency. Community starts with a one-time local-currency credit, such as USD 5 in USD markets or BDT 500 in Bangladesh. Enterprise includes monthly wallet credits, such as USD 50/month in USD markets.
What you actually pay
AloraChurch adds no markup on gifts. Your payment processor charges its standard rate — Stripe is around 2.2% + 30¢ for US cards — and at checkout, givers can choose to cover the fees so the full gift amount reaches the church.
Most church-giving platforms charge $99–$499/month with per-member fees, contract terms, and feature gates. That works for a megachurch with a development office and a software budget. It doesn't work for a church plant meeting in a school gym, a volunteer-run rural congregation, or a parish where the treasurer is also the organist.
So the core giving stack — channels, funds, statements, the church year, and the AloraChurch brand app — stays free on Community, sustainably: larger churches that need their own domain, SSO, invoicing, included device capacity, and custom white-label packaging fund the platform through Enterprise and usage. Start free, stay free.
Common questions
The platform is funded by the churches that outgrow Community: Enterprise subscriptions, extra device fleets beyond the 10 included Enterprise licenses, metered usage, and custom white-label app packaging for churches that need it. The AloraChurch brand app for staff/admins and givers is included. The marginal cost of serving one more congregation is small, and there is no plan to pull features back behind a paywall — the Community plan is the product, not the bait.
Yes. AloraChurch charges nothing per gift. Your processor (Stripe, PayPal) charges its standard fee — roughly 2.2% + 30¢ for US cards on Stripe. We add no markup, and givers can cover the fees at checkout so the church receives the full amount.
Every plan includes a generous monthly email volume — enough for broadcasts, receipts, and seasonal appeals in a typical congregation. If you send beyond it, the extra usage meters from your pre-funded local-currency wallet at transparent rates. Community includes a one-time starter credit, and Enterprise includes monthly wallet credits. No surprise invoices: the wallet only spends what you've loaded.
Yes — everything, any time, on every plan. Every list in the dashboard exports to CSV: giver profiles, gift history, fund and initiative data, commitments. Your congregation's records belong to your church, not to us.
No. Your giver data is never used to train external AI models. The AI features run inside your church's tenant boundary with the same encryption, audit trail, and access controls as everything else — and nothing the AI drafts is sent without staff approval.
Yes. Email support is included for every church on every plan — hello@alorachurch.com.
